I REALLY need help with my terrible, self esteem killing skin..?

I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t want to leave the house!
The more I try to take care of my skin, the worse it gets.
My skin looks so dull and I have the kind of fair skin that has red undertones. I am prone to breakouts on my chin, small ones, but nowhere else. I live in Colorado so this season my skin is really dry but when I’m on the coast it’s really oily. My skin tone is so uneven, and I always look like I have bags under my eyes.
To help this, I drink at least 4 bottles (16.9 oz) of water a day, usually more. I exercise. I take Nioxin Replenishing vitamins, Betacarotene, and birth control. I wash my face in the morning and at night and use very light moisturizer and Clinique eye cream.
What should I do? It’s nothing as extreme as rosacea where you can tell from far away, I just don’t like to wear as much make up as I’ve been having to wear say, today. Help!
try to NOT use any kind of cleanser when washing your face. Just good ole’ warm and cool water. Warm water opens your pores and cool water closes them back up again. Maybe use a cleanser once or twice a week if you have to.

P.S. It’ll KILL your skin to wash morning AND night. JUST wash at night.

You can also mix your liquid foundation with lotion so that you get the moisture all over your face and just a little bit of the make up to even out your skin tone. Only use a fur brush to apply face powder, NEVER the little pad that it comes with. I your face gets oily during the day, instead of packing on more powder, just blot the oily areas with a paper towel.
